1. About Us
These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales, services, and hires provided by the Company (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These terms apply to both consumers (individuals purchasing for personal use) and business customers (B2B). Where terms differ, this will be clearly stated.
2. General Conditions of Sale
All goods remain the property of the Company until full payment has been received and cleared.
We reserve the right to:

- Limit quantities supplied
- Correct pricing or listing errors
3. Product Descriptions & Condition (New, Used & Surplus Goods)
We sell a mixture of new, used, and surplus stock items.
- New goods will be supplied in unused condition unless otherwise stated.
- Used and surplus goods may show signs of previous use, storage, handling, or refurbishment. This may include cosmetic wear such as scratches, marks, discolouration, or residue.
- Some items may have had labels, stickers, or internal fittings (such as foam) removed.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- All items are sold as fully functional
- Cosmetic condition will vary between units
Images are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent the exact item received.
4. Grading (Where Applicable)
Where we provide condition grades (e.g. Grade A, B, etc.), these are guidelines only and reflect general condition rather than exact appearance.
There may be variations within each grade.
5. Used Goods – Limitation of Expectations
By purchasing used or surplus goods, you acknowledge and accept that:
- Items are not in “as new” condition
- Signs of wear and prior use are expected
- Original packaging or accessories may not be included
This does not affect your statutory rights where you are purchasing as a consumer.
6. Warranty on Used Goods
Unless otherwise stated:
- Used and surplus items may have limited or no manufacturer warranty
- Any warranty offered by us is limited to what is expressly stated in the product listing or these Terms
7. Returns (Used & Surplus Items)
Your standard returns rights still apply (see Returns Policy), however:
- Normal wear and cosmetic imperfections are not considered faults
- Returns based purely on cosmetic variation may be refused if the item matches its described condition
8. Pricing & Payment Terms
Consumers (B2C)
- Payment must be made in full at the time of order
- Prices include VAT (where applicable)
Business Customers (B2B)
- Payment terms are strictly as agreed (e.g. pro forma or invoiced terms)
- Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998
- We reserve the right to suspend or cancel supply for overdue accounts
All payments must be made in GBP unless otherwise agreed.
9. Price Match Promise
We will match a competitor’s price where:
- The product is identical (same brand, model, and specification)
- The item is in stock with a UK-based competitor
- The item is not on sale, clearance, or promotion
All requests are subject to verification.
10. Lifetime Warranty
Available on selected products only and subject to fair usage.
Excludes:
- Misuse, neglect, or accidental damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Unauthorised modification
All claims are assessed individually. We reserve the right to repair, replace, or refuse claims.
11. Consumer Rights (UK Law)
Consumers Only (B2C)
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:
- Of satisfactory quality
- Fit for purpose
- As described
You are entitled to:
- A full refund within 30 days for faulty goods
- Repair or replacement thereafter
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for distance purchases.
Business Customers (B2B)
Statutory consumer protections do not apply. Any warranty or remedy is limited to those expressly provided in these Terms.
12. Returns Policy
Consumers (B2C)
- 14-day returns period (no questions asked)
- Items must be returned in original condition
- Customer responsible for return shipping unless item is faulty
Exclusions (All Customers)
- Custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty
Business Customers (B2B)
Returns are accepted at our discretion only unless goods are faulty.
13. Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates only.
For consumers, risk passes upon delivery.
For business customers, risk may pass earlier (e.g. on dispatch), unless otherwise agreed.
We are not liable for delays outside our control.
14. Hire / Rental Conditions
All hired items must be returned in good condition, allowing for reasonable wear and tear.
The customer is responsible for:
- Damage beyond normal use
- Loss or theft
Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
15. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any rights under UK consumer law
For business customers, our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
16. Privacy & GDPR
We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We may collect and process the following information:
- Name, address, and contact details
- Payment and transaction information
- Communications and enquiries
Your data is used to:
- Process orders and payments
- Provide customer support
- Improve our services
We will never sell your data to third parties.
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request correction or deletion
- Object to processing in certain circumstances

17. Force Majeure

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
20. Finance Disclaimer (Klarna)
We are not a lender or credit provider.
Any finance or “buy now, pay later” options are provided by Klarna and are subject to their own terms, conditions, and approval process.
We accept no responsibility for finance agreements entered into with Klarna. Customers should ensure they understand Klarna’s terms before proceeding.
